Alpes Provence Agneaux is the leading operator of the Sisteron abattoir specialised in ovine meat (located in France’s Alpes de Haute-Provence region), with some 320,000 heads brought to market every year.
The company has built up close partnerships with French producer organisations, which constitute its main source of supply, and in particular with L’agneau Soleil and Arterris
An additional slaughtering activity at the Lyon Corbas abattoir (Rhône region of France) allows us to provide the Lyon region with a high-quality offer, that meets the standards of religious communities.
Its specialised cutting facility in Grillon (Vaucluse region) completes its offer in the lamb segment (industrial consumer sales units, vacuum-packaged products, and so on) aimed at supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Alpes Provence Agneaux handles 10,000 tonnes every year, and also offers a carefully-selected range of beef, veal and pork products.
