Actions at every level

We actively participate in all issues facing the sector, such as the development of the best practices guide for the slaughter and cutting of sheep meat, and the working conditions of meat operators. To guarantee the traceability of our products, we have set up a computerized traceability system from receipt to shipping with batch number and origin management via bar codes. We have also developed an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system for our customers who want it.

Our methods, labels and certifications

We apply the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) method, which allows us to guarantee food safety of our products through controls and strict audits. Our Mondial Viande Service subsidiary has received International Food Standard (IFS) certification thanks to many investments made in our production plants as well as a continuous innovation dynamic. We also sell 90% of our meat under the Agneau de Sisteron (IGP) label, and encourage our cooperative to promote their profession with the Agneau de l’Adret label.
